I regret very much to have to report that I

have found it necessary to admit Dr. Davies to the Hospital as he

is suffering from Delirium Trenens,

From his condition it is evident that he must

have been drinking to excess for months.

In my opinion and in that of Dr. Laing it is hopeless to expect that he will be fit for work here.
